Orders are placed through the website and produced on demand by a specialist printing partner, so there is no physical shop or local collection point.

Who is Paul?
Paul is a much-loved wee boy from just outside Glasgow who has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
His family created Hustle for that Muscle to help make memories, support his comfort and raise funds for whatever he may need in the future. You can read more in Paul’s Story.
Orders and Products
How are the products made?
Products are printed on demand. This means each hoodie, t-shirt, cap or bag is made after an order is placed.
This helps keep things simple and avoids holding stock, but it also means orders are not usually dispatched immediately.
Who prints and sends the products?
Orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a specialist on-demand printing company.
They handle the production and delivery of the items ordered through the website.
Can I collect my order locally?
No, local collection is not available.
All orders are produced on demand and sent directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to print quickly, so changes may not be possible once an order has been placed.
If you spot a mistake, email support@hustleforthatmuscle.org.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can to help.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email support@hustleforthatmuscle.org.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll review it and help resolve the problem where possible.
Delivery and Returns
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, but most items take a few working days to be printed before they are dispatched.
Estimated delivery details will be shown during checkout where available. You can also read more in Delivery & Returns.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. Orders are currently available for UK delivery only.
Can I return an item?
Because products are printed on demand, returns are limited.
Please check sizes, colours and order details carefully before placing your order. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@hustleforthatmuscle.org.uk so it can be looked into.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are not usually available for size or colour changes because each product is made to order.
If there is a fault or printing issue, please get in touch with your order number and photos.
Supporting Paul
How does my order support Paul?
After product, printing, payment processing and delivery-related costs, the profit from each sale is kept for Paul’s benefit.
That support may help his family create special memories, enjoy experiences while he can, support his comfort, prepare for future changes, fund travel or explore treatment options if they become possible.
Can I support Paul without buying merch?
Yes. You can choose a support amount through the website if you would like to help without buying merch.
Support sent through the website is kept for Paul’s benefit after any payment processing fees. You can do this through the Support Paul page.
Are donations made through the website the same as charity donations?
No. Hustle for that Muscle is not a registered charity, so support sent through the website should not be treated as a charity donation.
It is private family fundraising for Paul.
Will you share updates about how the money is used?
The family want to be open about Paul’s journey and how support helps him.
Any updates will be shared in a way that feels right for Paul and his family, while still protecting their privacy.
